Return Policy

At BuildLabTech, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your package.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • All included components, parts, and packaging must be returned

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds are processed only after the product has been received back

  • Shipping costs are free

  • It may take up to 10 days to receive your full refund

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order details

  2. You will receive a return shipping ticket through email.

  3. Its as simple as printing the return label, packaging it up in the original bag or box, and dropping it off at your local UPS store.
